Adrian Marcel - 7 Days of Weak

Posted 3 years ago

New artists are always looking for a co-sign from an established, veteran name in the business. Few, however, are able to garner a truly impactful endorsement. Such is not the case for Universal Republic's Adrian Marcel, who has been fortunate enough to gain the guidance of Grammy award-winning singer/songwriter/producer Raphael Saadiq.

Together, the musical mentor and his protégé have released 7 Days a Weak, a 15-track freebie mixtape that showcases Marcel's vocal versatility and natural ability. Included on the project are previously-featured, Booth-approved selections "Caught Up," "Waiting" and "I'm Still."

Joining the Bay Area native on his emotional journey are 8Ball and Richie Rich, while production muscle is provided by 1500 or Nothin', Beatroc, Scorp Dezel, T.Black, and The J.U.S.T.I.C.E League among others.
