Alex Wiley - Club Wiley

Posted 3 years ago

Chicago buzzmaker Alex Wiley, a rough and tumble, hard-nosed, no holds barred emcee, who has circulated the Blogosphere through the first five months of 2013, has something to prove. But what could a relative newcomer need to affirm this early? Quite simply, the Closed Sessions signee wants to inform the hip-hop listening public that artists like Chief Keef and Lil Durk are not all the Windy City has to offer. This process begins with the release of his debut mixtape, Club Wiley.

Included on the 14-track project are previously-featured song selections "Jerseys and Loafers," "Thug Angel," "Icky Woods," "Creepin" and "Earf**ked." Guests who received the secret password for access to the club are Action Bronson, Chance The Rapper, Freddie Gibbs, GLC, Jean Deaux and Vic Mensa, while production is turned in by Chuck Inglish, Hippie Sabotage, Julian Malone, Odd Couple, Stefan Ponce, Thelonious Martin and more.
