G-Scott - 1983

Posted 3 years ago

Gary, Indiana underground buzzmaker G-Scott has come together with The DJBooth and 3B Entertainment to bring listeners his latest digital full-length, 1983.

The follow-up to summer 2012's Weekend in Los Vegas, the '80s-inspired project finds the emcee/producer chronicling his journey into adulthood over the course of 16 original jams. Included are reader-approved singles "Fool's Gold," "Rich Broke" and "Mary Poppins." Joining G-Scott on the guest tip throughout 1983 are Ibn Inglor, Jacob Denzel, Njomza, Sha'Nelle and ShowYouSuck. In addition to beats by the artist himself, the set features boardwork by DoLa, Dom?, DrumGang, Fakulty Studios, JM, Jonny Amo, K-Twist and RMB Justize.
