Homeboy Sandman - Kool Herc: Fertile Crescent

Posted 3 years ago

A native of Queens, New York who is signed to indie giant Stones Throw, emcee Homeboy Sandman has now released his latest EP, Kool Herc: Fertile Crescent. The 8-track project is produced in-full by EL RTNC (formerly knows as Rthentic), featuring heavy sampling and a classic Boom Bap sound that pays tribute to hip hop pioneer DJ Kool Herc. Included is new single, Dag, Philly Too.

Fertile Crescent is the first project release of 2013, for Homeboy Sandman, which follows last year's highly-acclaimed First of a Living Breed.
