Raise your hand if you woke up on Tuesday morning, expecting to freely download an EP from J. Cole? Okay, since nobody had their hand raised we can move right along.

In anticipation of the release of his forthcoming Born Sinner lead single (apparently "Miss America" does not count), which is expected to drop sometime later this week, the Roc Nation star has unleashed Truly Yours. The five-track project includes material that was recorded along the way for Cole's sophomore release, but according to the artist "either they don’t fit sonically, [didn't] fit the theme, or [didn't fit] because of enough space."

You can read Cole's full letter to his fans over at his website, DreamVillain.net.
