Rick Gonzalez - Between the Stars

An actor known for his work in films like Coach Carter and TV series like Supernatural, Rick Gonzalez has cultivated a parallel career in rap under the moniker Realm Reality. With the release of street album Between the Stars, his debut musical project under his given name, the Brooklynite has brought together these previously separated sides of his creative life for the first time.

Preceded by moody lead single Never Left, the 12-track project features guest appearances from Lee Ellen Starks and Harry Fraud's Surf School). All beats come courtesy of Dan Freeman.

Released Tuesday, May 13, via Prodigy's Infamous Records, Between the Stars can be freely streamed and downloaded right here in The DJBooth.
