KOMPLETE KONTROL Mk2 extends the original keyboard’s workflow with 17 additional function buttons and two high-resolution color screens for browsing, previewing sounds, and more. Native Instruments presents: Hyper Beats from the Bairros [Video]

Today, Native Instruments has just released a short series of three videos that explores the beat making philosophies of the new sound of Bairros.  The NI team shows the fusing of African rhythms, hip-hop, and electronic music through the eyes of the producers who are making this new genre known.

Maschine BYTE RIOT Expansion

The NI Team continues releasing brand new soundpacks for users of its popular Maschine Production Stations to keep things fresh for aspiring producers when making new tracks and beats. The newest MASCHINE Expansion is called BYTE RIOT which brings the sounds of the early video game and computer/machine sound instruments to the MASCHINE.  It includes old-school 8-bit style robotic sounds that brings me back to my childhoold. As always it’s available for $50 and there’s also a version available for the iMaschine iphone app for only $1.

MASCHINE 2.6.6 Update Available Now

Native Instruments has just updated the Maschine Software for their popular beat-making devices.  This new iteration is Maschine 2.6.6 and it allows users to reorder, drag & duplicate groups and scenes to make for an easier user experience.

Maschine STREET SWARM Expansion

The NI Team continues releasing brand new soundpacks for users of its popular Maschine Production Stations to keep things fresh for aspiring producers when making new tracks and beats. The newest MASCHINE Expansion is called STREET SWARM which brings the sounds of early 90’s hip hop to the MASCHINE.

Maschine Trutorials Season 4 [Videos]

Native Instruments introduced a series called Trutorials almost a year ago to help its Maschine users get the most out of their products. As mentioned back then, it would be a multi-part series and today, they have released the fourth season of tips and tricks to make the workflow that much easier for making beats.

NI Releases Kinetic Toys for Kontakt [Video]

Native Instruments has released some fresh new sounds for the Kontakt instrument that takes vintage toy, game, and unusual sounds and mixes them with dope synths to be used in Production work.  This is a new unique tool for producers will allow them to mix clever new sounds with their new musical works.

New Traktor Remix Sets by Soma Records Artists

It’s been a while since we’ve posted one of these STEMS releases by Native Instruments for Traktor Pro, but they’ve always been cranking these out on an almost weekly basis while increasing the STEMS library for its DJ users.  This week, NI releases a new STEMS pack featuring artists from the Soma Records label including six tracks by Deepbass, Gemini Voice Archive, Petrichor, and SLV.
