Reloop Introduces Tape Recorder
Tape Provides Direct to USB Recording

Sun Valley, CA –  The Reloop Tape is a handheld USB recorder which allows DJs to easily record their live mixes. Built for DJs who need to send mixes to friends, promoters, or talent buyers, the Reloop Tape allows for secure digital recording all packaged in the retro design of the beloved mixtape.

DJs can create their own digital recordings using 3 basic steps:

Step 1. Connect USB drive.
Step 2. Connect mixer and input cable.
Step 3. Press the Record button.

All mixes are recorded in digital MP3 format straight to the USB drive. There’s no need to burn the recording or encode it, simply pass it along to friends or feed it directly into your digital media player.  The recording quality can be adjusted to 192 or 320 kbps via a switch, depending on your requirements and available storage space. Thanks to the phono/line switch, including a grounding post, digitizing a vinyl collection is also a breeze. Even mixers that do not feature a separate record output can be connected as Reloop has included a smart thru port, which routes the signal to the amplifier or speakers.

Even in dark surroundings like nightclubs, convenient status LEDs keep you informed about the active power supply, whether a USB storage device is connected, current recordings, and whether the incoming levels are in the green or not.

For an in-person look at this exciting new product, please stop by Hall A, Booth 6714 at the 2013 NAMM Show in Anaheim, CA.
