Just a few short weeks ago, our longstanding Top Prospects series—presented by A3C and dedicated to shining a light on the brightest new talents in hip-hop and R&B—took on new life as our most recent crop of prospects took the A3C stage at Aisle 5 in Little 5 Points in Atlanta.

Promised to be "the greatest moment in the history of live artistic performances of all-time" (admittedly, by us), the show did not disappoint. Kelechi, K.A.A.N, Innanet James, Kweku Collins and Dave B delivered five incredible performances, anchored by our own DJ TGUT.

Prior to the show, we sat down with all five artists to get their thoughts on what it means to be a Top Prospect, as well as the biggest pressures they face as independent artists on the come up, the biggest life changes they've noticed since garnering serious buzz, and how they approach a live show. Special thanks to Erikson Corniel behind the lens.

But wait, there's more! In addition to our Top Prospects EP, which features exclusive music from all five artists, check out a recap of the A3C performances below, in addition to reading our in-depth profiles of each artist. Aspiring artists are encouraged to dive into 5 Indie Artists Share Early Career Big Mistakes & Smart Moves, featuring invaluable advice about wise moves and career missteps from all artists.

All in all, the DJBooth experience at A3C was a huge success. Thank you to each and every person who came out to our show, a special thank you to all artists involved, and a huge thank you to A3C for help bringing our series to life.

Next year is shaping up to be even bigger!
