Eminem’s New Album Is Entitled ‘Revival’ or Shady Records is F**king With Us

Either Eminem's new album is entitled Revival or the folks at Shady Records are just plain fucking with us.

On Wednesday, Shady Records went live with a brand new website called askaboutrevival.com, which promotes a made-up prescription medication with Eminem's trademark backward E. The site references past songs ("I Need a Doctor") and marketing material, such as "Manufactured by Popsomp Industries," which is the fictional rehab center that was used during the roll-out for Em's sixth studio album Relapse, and a phone number (1-833-2GET-REV) that plays an automated message that includes even more references and "I Need A Doctor" playing in the background.

(Out of curiosity and in the name of journalistic integrity, I not only called the number provided on the Revival website but I sat through the entire two-minute-plus recording, which included the following gem toward the end: "Thanks for continuing to hold, we give you serious fucking credit for sticking with us.")

Aside from all of these obvious connections, the title Revival makes sense as the third and final installment in Eminem's trilogy, following Relapse and Recovery.

If you're still not convinced, though, check out the photo that Paul Rosenberg, Eminem's longtime manager and the co-owner of Shady Records, posted to his Instagram earlier this afternoon, which includes a Revival billboard in the background that Interscope paid for.

Earlier this month, we shared an HDD report that Eminem's ninth studio album would be released on November 17.

We have reached out to Shady Records to confirm the obvious and will update this post if we receive a response.
