Download DJBooth's new App, The PLUG Atlanta, Ga. -- On October 7-9, many of hip-hop's hottest emerging talents gathered in ATL for 2010's AC3 festival, which included a star-studded showcase sponsored by none other than DJBooth.net (click here to read Sig's exclusive coverage, with video!). For the fourth in a series of backstage interviews, shining the spotlight on the artists who took part, DJ "Z" sits down with prolific Boston DJ/producer/satellite radio personality Statik Selektah, who's currently preparing for the Oct. 26, release of his and Massachusetts emcee Termanology's self-titled debut set as duo 1982.

In the exclusive video interview below, Statik Selektah discusses his numerous forthcoming projects, how he keeps up with his busy schedule, and why 1982 just might be "Album of the Decade" material.

Check back with us on Wednesday for another exclusive backstage interview!
