Download DJBooth's new App, The PLUG Last Friday, during SXSW, The Indie Life showcase brought out some of the dopest names in hip-hop, from Twista to Skyzoo + Torae, in front of a more than capacity crowd.

In addition to the emcees, The DJBooth opened the showcase with a DJ showcase aimed at giving some of the turntable practitioners among us their due time in the spotlight. Representing the entire country - DJ Hoppa from the West, DJ T-Gut from the East, DJ Hoop Dreams from the Midwest and DJ Wally Sparks from the South - each DJ delivered some serious dopeness, with DJ Hoppa being declared the showcase's dopest. For his victory lap, he'll be rewarded with a host of Traktor equipment from our sponsors, Native Instruments.

Much love to all of the DJs, Native Instruments, The Indie Life and, of course, the hundreds who turned out to listen to our DJs rock. See you next year Austin, you might want to start getting prepared now.
