Download DJBooth's new App, The PLUG Tampa, FL -- DJ Smallz, a.k.a. "MR. SOUTHERN SMOKE" is the latest DJ to take his career to the next level and join the ranks of fellow Southern DJs like Drama & Khaled, as he preps "SOUTHERN SMOKE: THE ALBUM" releasing summer 2008.

To introduce his production skills, Smallz went into the studio and created history...literally. DJ Smallz has now set a new standard for the "extended remix" as he introduces the TOP 30 ARTISTS TO FEAR IN FLORIDA ALL ON ONE RECORD!!! "When I went into the studio to produce this record, I wanted to create history," DJ Smallz explained. "No one in Florida has found a way to unite Artists representing all hoods, counties & cities in Florida until now. And I felt like this was a great time for me to release this record with the attention that TJs DJs conference, Ozone Awards, Khaled & Plies were bringing to the State. Now with people paying close attention to what's going on down here, it was my responsibility to the Streets to make sure everyone was represented, and this record definitely shows how the whole State can be united. I wanted to show the world how our music is bigger than one city, hood or county. I wanted to extend the Florida movement and show how big the whole State, united, could be."

"WELCOME TO THE GUNSHINE STATE" produced by DJ Smallz, features the next Artists to Fear out of Florida & includes: ACAFOOL, BRISCO, C-RIDE, DIRTBAG, DUECE POPPI, DUKWON, DUNK RYDERS, FLO-RIDA, GRANDADDY SOUF, HAITIAN FRESH, JACKI-O, JOE HOUND, J-SHIN, PAPA DUCK, PICCALO, PLIES, SMILEZ & SOUTHSTAR, SMITTY, STACKS, SUAVE SMOOTH, SUPA CHINO, SWORDZ, TAMPA TONY, TOM G, TREAL, TRINITY, TRIPLE C'S, TRIPLE J, WES FIF, YOUNG CASH.
