Download DJBooth's new App, The PLUG New York, N.Y. -- This week on the Booth's Top Hip Hop and R&B Chart, T.I.P. spends another week on top with "We Don't Get Down Like Y'all," but the former runner-up, Common's "Ghetto Dreams," is unseated in second by Trae's "I'm On" (formerly third). No new features debut among our Top Picks, but joints from T. Mills, Jah Cure and more make the jump from our Tap and R&B/Pop Charts.
