New York, N.Y. -- This week on the Booth's Top Hip Hop and R&B Chart, former front-runners Lil Wayne (with "Mirror") and Drake ("Club Paradise") drop to, respectively, fourth and third. Replacing them are B.o.B's "Strange Clouds" (formerly third) and T.I.'s "I'm Flexin'" (a former Rap Chart pick). No new features debut in the Top Picks lineup, but additional Rap and R&B/Pop Chart graduates come courtesy of Wale, Taio Cruz and more!
