New York, N.Y. -- This week on The DJBooth's Top Hip Hop and R&B Chart, Rihanna's "Talk That Talk" drops from #1 to #4, and the former runner-up, Busta Rhymes' "Why Stop Now?", rises to take its place. Formerly third, Young Jeezy's "I Do" is bumped up to second. No new features debut among our Top Picks, but records from Wiz Khalifa and Snoop Dogg, Mike Posner and more graduate from last week's Rap and R&B/Pop Charts to claim a spot among our Top Picks.
