Download DJBooth's new App, The PLUG New York, N.Y. -- This week on The DJBooth's Top Independent Hip Hop Chart, Chris Webby debuts on top with "There Goes the Neighborhood," knocking the former front-runner, OCD (Moosh & Twist)'s "Tommy Bundy," to second. All in all, 14 new features earn spots in the running, among them 20/20 Music Series entries from Ron Artiste and DJ Nu-Mark.
