Download DJBooth's new App, The PLUG New York, N.Y. -- This week on the Booth's Top Independent Hip Hop Chart, Phonte's "Not Here Anymore" and Mac Miller's "Frick Park Market" drop to fifth and sixth, clearing the way for Evidence's "You" (a new feature) and Question?'s "Something More."
