New York, N.Y. -- This week on the Booth's Top Rap Chart, last week's front-runners (Wiz Khalifa and Snoop Dogg's "Smokin On," Young Jeezy's "Talk to Me") graduate to our Top HIp Hop and R&B Chart, clearing the way for Lupe Fiasco's "American Terrorist III" and Wiz and Snoop's "OG" to enter the lineup on top. Also debuting this week are cuts by Red Cafe, Talib Kweli and more.
