Download DJBooth's new App, The PLUG In academia a Rhode Scholar is one of the most promising, intelligent and worldly students in the game. In hip-hop, well, actually it's the same thing. Zulu Faz, otherwise known as one-half of Kaotiq Somfoni, is one of hip-hop's brightest students, and to prove it he's teamed up with DJ Burn One to create his brand new mixtape, "Rhode Scholar Vol. 1".

"Rhode Scholar Vol. 1" is presented by RefinedHype, DJBooth and Greedmontpark. DJ Burn One hosts the tape, which was produced almost entirely by Faz, with his Kaotiq Simfoni cohort Zimbabwe Kev, along with Session and Vereen Corp, providing additional beat work. Features come from Lil Wayne and Curren$y (blended by DJ Judge Mental) and up-and-coming Boston rapper/producer Session. Art direction provided by DD172 and Creative Control Tv’s Corey Davis.

The download link, mixtape preview and tracklist are below, but before we get there......who wants an iPad loaded with goodies, including an advance copy of "Rhode Scholar Vol. 2"? That was a rhetorical question, you do. It's simple: just download the project and create a response video. Check below for details.
