Toronto, ON -- Inspired by Nas's rapped biography of Rakim, Toronto emcee Shaun Boothe has launched his Unauthorized Biography Series, a project comprising video biographies of 12 musical icons, delivered over 12 months.

The first entry tells the life story of James Brown, who rose from a difficult childhood to become the Godfather of Soul. At the close of the video, Boothe reveals that reggae legend Bob Marley will be the subject of the next entry in his monthly series.
