Download DJBooth's new App, The PLUG New York, N.Y. -- This week on The DJBooth's Top Hip Hop and R&B Chart, Mary J. Blige's "Mr. Wrong" tumbles from first to fourth, clearing the way for the former runner-up, T.I.'s "Popped Off," to take the lead. Up from last week's Rap Chart, B.o.B's "Strange Clouds (Remix)" takes second. New additions to the lineup come courtesy of K'NAAN and 8Ball & MJG.
