Big Boi

Virgin Mobile USA and Virgin Records, in conjunction with EMI, announced today the release of four exclusive Big Boi ringtones as part of Virgin Mobile's popular First Dibs program.

The ringtones are based on four hit tracks from the compilation album "Big Boi Presents... Purple Ribbon - Got Purp? Vol. 2," which debuted in November of 2005. Ringtones include hits like "Body Rock," "808," and two exclusive alternate cuts from the hit single "Kryptonite." The four ringtones will be exclusively available to Virgin Mobile customers through May 2, 2006.

"Big Boi's music appeals to a broad spectrum of listeners," said Dominick Tolli, vice president of Product Management and Development for Virgin Mobile USA. "He joins a long line of marquee artists who have chosen Virgin Mobile USA as a launch device for their music."

In addition to the four exclusive tracks, Virgin Mobile customers also have access to six non-exclusive tracks from the album, including: "Time Will Reveal," by Jonelle Monae; "Hold On" by Goodie Mob; and "Lovin' This," by Konkrete.
