25 Most Popular Hip-Hop & R&B Songs of April 2014

The flowers weren’t the only thing bloomin’ in April. While you were outside enjoying the beautiful spring weather, our favorite emcees and singers were hard at work, giving us new music to play at that BBQ or family gathering. Drake led the charge with Draft Day, which was the most popular feature of April; this is the second month this year he has nabbed the most popular song of the month. Following the OVO bossman we have B.o.B, Logic (with two records), Future and 21 others. If the song dropped previously but was updated in April with a new video, it’s included here. And this is about pure numbers - the songs that were played the most are the most popular. The numbers don’t lie.
