Ace Hood ft. Bun B & Kirko Bangz - Double Cup

Posted about 4 years ago
Featuring:
Producer:
The Runners
Album:
Body Bag Vol. 2

While the Double Cup title might lead one to believe that Ace Hood‘s latest song feature is dedicated to the couch-jumping, plastic-cup-of-gin-and tonic-in-each-hand club crowd, in actuality it’s shaded more on the leaner side of things if you catch my drift. Yes, Double Cup is in fact a “dirty Sprite” anthem. Joining the 305 reppin’ emcee on this delicately chopped and screwed effort is Houston representer and Lean Culture Expert Bun B, who flaunts his signature style of lyricism while dissecting the topic at hand. Fresh off his Walk On Green with French Montana, Kirko Bangz also expresses his affinity for lean on Double Cup. Despite Hood’s Miami roots, production duo The Runners keep it heavily Houston on the production side, undoubtedly making Houston hip-hop connoisseur A$AP Rocky green (or purple) with envy. Double Cup will be featured on Ace Hood’s Body Bag Vol. 2 mixtape, which is due out on August 17.
