A.J. Crew - Finally, Autumn

Producer:
A.J. Crew
Album:
The Reality Of It All

There’s been a lot of notable hip-hop coming out of Chi-town the past few months, but A.J. Crew happens to a breath of fresh air in the city’s hoodrich local scene. Crew’s new single, Finally, Autumn, has a silky relaxed tone that reminds you of an Autumn day, thanks in no small part to a Band of Horses sample. Props are truly in order, though, considering that not only did A.J. lay down some versatile vocals, but he also produced that aforementioned beat. It all adds up as a taste of his forthcoming album The Reality of It All, which according to the artist is “coming soon.” In the meantime, why not check out Crew’s previous project, Homecoming, Part II, available for free stream and download via The DJBooth.
