Ak’Sent - Losing Control

Nowadays, celebrities are going to rehab for every addiction imaginable. L.A. rapper Ak’Sent seeks to do the same on her new single, Losing Control, but claims to have only one obsession: getting the party started. The track sports a busy beat from producer Jukebox, who mashes jangling drums with thin sirens to create a unique sound over which Ak’Sent spits her fire. This dance-worthy number comes with a new project, fresh on the heels of a shelved album. After her last disc wasn’t released, Ak’Sent went the indie route, signing to a new imprint and prepping a forthcoming album, Gem-In-I. Due out on September 22, Gem-In-I looks to get the clubs bumping and have everyone Losing Control.
