Aleon Craft x George Clinton - Donkey Kong

Posted 4 years ago
Producer:
Paul Forrest
Album:
Mothership: The Decatur Connection

As a space-faring musical innovator with a taste for the psychedelically fly, it shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise that Booth fave (and freestyle alum) Aleon Craft is personally acquainted with P-funk architect George Clinton. But a full-fledged colaborative project? That just sounds too dope to be true. It is happening, though—and we’ve got a newly-leaked cut, a funk-i-fied version of 2010 single Donkey Kong, to prove it. In addition to keeping it locked for the latest on the yet-unscheduled Mothership: The Decatur Connections, fans will have the chance to catch Aleon Craft live in Atlanta on the 7th, performing on DJBooth.net‘s own A3C stage.
