Azealia Banks - BBD

Posted 3 years ago
Producer:
Apple Juice Kid, co-prod. Sup Doodle
Album:
Broke With Expensive Taste

I’m not gonna lie, when I saw that the title of Azealia Banks’ latest tune was BBD, I was hoping to hear a Bell Biv DeVoe sample. Although the single has nothing to do with the old-school R&B trio, it will still be a poison to those who can’t handle a genre bending cut and an in your face attitude. BBD, which stands for Bad B****es Do It, plays hosts to a Dubstep/Trap inspired beat cooked up by Apple Juice Kid and Sup Doodle. As the production gets cranked up, Banks equips her raw flow to deliver potent punchlines like “It’s that sporty b***h that game ‘em, They calling me super sega.” BBD will be on Banks’ forthcoming Broke With Expensive Taste album, which has not been given an announced release date.
