Although this is Baby Blak‘s first DJBooth feature, the man certainly has quite the resume. The Philly emcee has been releasing quality music for 15 years and has become as much of a Philly staple as cheesesteaks and Ryan Howard homeruns. On Blaker Than Midnight, the title track from his latest EP, the hip-hop veteran showcases his smooth yet hard-hitting style. His laidback yet pinpoint flow combined with some nice scratching and sample work (hello, Mos Def and Bahamadia!) by producer DJ Devastate will leave those with an appetite for real hip-hop stuffed. For more music that believes black

blak is beautiful, be sure to check out the Blaker Than Midnight EP, also including remixes, instrumentals and more, available for stream and purchase right now.
