Obviously, developing a knack for wordplay and a masterful flow takes hours and hours of hard work, but part of it just has to come naturally. Take Barak The Rapper, for example; on this Booth-exclusive world premiere, the second in just a few short weeks, Barak and The Militia prove that they were Made for This hip-hop thing. You can tell it just comes naturally for Barak, who impresses with his charismatic and confident delivery as he spits his slick, introspective bars. His producer buddy, The Milita, was born with a drum kit in hand. You can tell because his smooth, woodwind-laced instrumental fits Barak and really brings out the best in him (as any beat should). Like Perception, Made for This is slated to appear on the duo’s upcoming, Booth-hosted project, the Tel-Aviv to Joburg EP, due out next Tuesday.
