Belly ft. Drake - Make It Go

Whosane?
Album:
Back for the First Time Mixtape

Featured back in August, the lead single off Belly‘s forthcoming sophomore set saw the Juno Award-winning rapper spitting game to a Hot Girl, assisted by West Coast icon Snoop Dogg. Fast-forward three months, and the Ottawa native’s on the prowl once again, this time singing/rapping the praises of a lady who can really Make It Go on a new mixtape cut. Over beatsmith Whosane?‘s smoldering, synth-driven instrumental, Belly delivers a series of increasingly hilarious come-ons, including the brilliant line “Girl, I’m a dog with a bone like a dinosaur” (if she doesn’t slap you for that one, you know she’s a keeper). Fellow Ontarian and Booth favorite Drake steps up to the mic on the back end, ending the track on a more materialistic note (“Me without no money? That don’t sound right.”) Hungry for more new tunes from this North-of-the-Border mainstay? Download a copy of Belly’s DJ Smallz-hosted Back for the First Time mixtape, released October 27 via CP Records and available now online.
