Like many of his esteemed colleagues at Cinematic Music Group, recent Booth favorite Big K.R.I.T. really, really enjoys his weed. If there’s one thing the Mississippi native likes even better than getting stoned out of his gourd, though, it’s getting stoned out of his gourd with the woman he loves. On new mixtape leak Moon & Stars (making its world premiere here in the Booth), K.R.I.T. does just that; over his own dreamy boardwork, the artist describes a romantic, chemically assisted drive with his girl. Devin the Dude (also featured tonight on ¡MAYDAY!‘s Nothin’ (Remix)) handles guest duties, assisting on the chorus and painting an equally vivid lyrical picture on his middle verse. Though I can’t condone getting behind the wheel while under the influence, this spaced-out jam comes highly recommended.
