Not glimpsed in the DJBooth since August, when he lent his flow to Aaron LaCrate‘s reader-approved Appalled, Bishop Nehru returns to kick off his autumn with Exhale, a newly-selected single off his latest street album. On this braggadocious throwback banger, Ghost McGrady‘s eerie sample work sets the mood as the Brooklyn wunderkind dispatches his enemies in tightly-wound verses. Que Hampton, Nehru’s collaborator on Booth debut Misruled Order, contributes a similarly aggressive guest 16. Inspired by the joint’s ominous vibe, director Markel Scott crafts some Halloween-appropriate official visuals (Coulrophobes, you may want to avert your eyes.).
