Blitz The Ambassador ft. Rob Murat - Breathe

Posted 7 years ago
Featuring:
Producer:
Optics and Blitz The Ambassador
Album:
Suicide Stereotype

Blitz the Ambassador may not have diplomatic plates on his car, but he sure is reppin’ his multicultural heritage. The Ghana-born, Brooklyn-nurtured talent goes hard for his people on his new single, Breathe, featuring Rob Murat. Cascading flutes and strings slide into a boldly sung chorus from Murat, who then turns the track into an up-tempo number complete with head-nodding trumpet blasts. Remembering where he came from and the journey he’s had to make from Africa to America, Blitz sets the track ablaze with his grounded lyricism. He confesses that no one (except he himself) believed that he’d make it this far in the industry. The true passion of Breathe is complemented by the rhythm of the song, which was co-produced by Blitz and Optics. Look for more heaters on his debut album, Suicide Stereotype, due out next spring.
