Breezy Lovejoy - 8oom 8ap

Posted 3 years ago
Producer:
Duke Westlake
Album:
None (Promo Single)

As many of our readers probably know firsthand, breakups are very complicated. Sometimes no matter how badly you want to split up you just can’t seem to cut ties with your boo.  While this may be the case for most, it sounds like Breezy Lovejoy doesn’t have this problem. New record 8oom 8ap, which serves as a goodbye letter to Breezy’s cheatin’ ex, features a scratchy, vintage Duke Westlake instrumental, over which Breezy utilizes a smoother than silk flow to let his girl know it really is over. In addition to his verses, Breezy graces the song’s hook with raspy, understated vocals that tie the track together. 8oom 8ap is not attached to anything larger, but for more original tunes, feel free to check out his November featured record Straight Jacket.
