2012 is drawing ever nearer and, as we all know, an apocalypse without a thematically appropriate r&b soundtrack is no apocalypse at all. Fortunately, Anthony, Jared, Jacob, Papa and Grady of Brutha are back with a perfect addition to any music-lover’s “Romantic Evening in a Bomb Shelter” mix CD (right next to Justin Garner‘s There Will Still Be You and, if you’re into new wave, Modern English’s I’ll Stop the World). Penned by R. Kelly (and previously leaked to the ‘net with Kells’ vocals), new single One Day on This Earth finds the fraternal five-piece showcasing their smooth-as-ever vocal stylings over a sweeping synth instrumental by Mysto and Pizzi, serenading a woman they’d be more than happy to spend their final 24 hours with.
