Buddy - Inspired

Posted about 4 years ago
Producer:
Pharrell Williams
Album:

Ever since proving his mettle with March’s Staircases, a record which found him going toe-to-toe with ascendant rap buzzmaker Kendrick Lamar, we’ve been waiting with bated breath—OK, maybe we did breathe a little—to bring you more dope music from Star Trak signee Buddy. Today, our wish is finally granted. Follow-up feature Inspired, a new song release off his forthcoming EP, finds the West Coast spitter exulting in his current position as an artist on the rise. How has he made it this far while still in his teens? In his own words, he’s been “...poppin’ like a cherry before I knew what a cherry was.” If you’re feeling the precocious rhymesayer’s latest effort, keep your browsers locked for the latest news and tunes leading up the arrival of the artist’s yet-unscheduled Idle Time project.
