Busta Rhymes ft. Reek Da Villian & Chanel - Doin It Again

Posted 4 years ago
Featuring:
Producer:
Tedsmooth
Album:
Year Of The Dragon

No matter what your opinion on the longtime emcee is, you have to admit that there’s always a bit of excitement and curiosity when a new Busta Rhymes record drops. As opposed to past releases from the former Leaders Of The New School founder, his newest song Doin It Again is strikingly smooth thanks to producer Tedsmooth’s update of Hi-Tek’s Round and Round beat. Sultry songstress Chanel kicks off the record with mentions of bottle popping and hands in the air before Busta jumps on Doin It Again with his suave lyricism. The rapper lets fellow emcee Reek Da Villain bless the song with a verse of his own before concluding Doin It Again with a few mentions of his legend status and an obligatory YMCMB shout out. Lookout for the cut on Busta Rhymes’ free, forthcoming album Year Of The Dragon, which is still awaiting a release date.
