Captain Midnite + Grumps - Want It

Posted 5 years ago
Producer:
Grumps
Album:
None (Promo Single)

When you’re trying to make a name for yourself, it certainly helps to drop EP’s with eclectic Purple Ribbon Representatives (Kyle Lucas, looking at you bud). It also helps, however, if you’re talented and manage to create some seriously dope music. And that’s exactly what Captain Midnite has been doing as of late, even dropping a promo single in the mix. Want It, his first track on the Booth without Lucas, and the first he hasn’t produced himself, takes listeners in a different direction than usual, delivering some up-tempo House Electronica for foot-smashing, glowstick-waiving, and vodka-Redbull-drinking (not necessarily in that order, or all at once). Grumps provides the beat to keep the party moving while the Captain delivers some entrancing and creative vocals. If you Want what he’s having, the single from this unsigned artist is free to download off his YouTube site, and be sure to check out he and Lucas’ The Sky Is Falling And I’m Fine EP, free to download here until Saturday at 11am EST. Clock’s ticking.
