Carl Henry - Like You

The Canadian hip-hop scene has been on the rise recently, thanks in part to Toronto MCs Kardinal Offishall and Aristo.  Our frozen northern neighbor is also home to hip-hop/reggae artist Carl Henry.  Fresh off his successful 2006 indie album, I Wish, Henry is preparing an as-yet untitled second album. Showing off his rapping and singing skills, Henry unleashes the dance floor jam, Like You.  Similar to Kardinal, Carl adds a Jamaican sound to the mix, but what makes Like You a heat seeker is the smooth organ-synth production.  Destined for radio success in Canada, will Carl Henry be able to successfully cross over into the States?  Stay tuned next year.
