Casey Veggies ft. Curren$y - Life$tyle (Remix)

Posted 2 years ago
Featuring:
Producer:
Cardiak
Album:
Life Changes

A cut originally featured on January digital full-length Life Changes, Casey Veggies‘s Life$tyle has received the official remix treatment courtesy of New Orleans phenom Curren$y. As you’d expect, the Jet Life CEO sounds right at home on this laid-back, luxurious jam. Over Cardiak‘s slow-rolling rhythm section and lightly jazzy samples, Spitta boasts of his laissez-faire attitude toward his finances: “Bought a couple foreign cars, then I forgot to drive ‘em.” The headliner’s verses, like the beat, are retained from the original. This version of Life$tyle isn’t attached to a larger project, but those craving more can always check out Veggies’s last feature, August’s The Team.
