Step Up 2: The Streets Soundtrack

For fans that have been pining over Cheri Dennis’ debut or the sophomore LP from Danity Kane, Bad Boy artist Cassie isn’t to blame for their delays.  Providing a seemingly left-over album cut for the soundtrack to Step Up 2: The Streets, Cassie offers up the simplistic, Is It You.  The song is nothing that hasn’t been heard from the trilingual singer/model who recently added acting to her resume; Step Up 2: The Streets will be her big screen debut.  While neither Dennis nor the Kane ladies have a solid release date for their perspective projects, Cassie looks to drop her untitled follow-up before the end of 2007.
