2008 is set to be the year that the Bad Boy R&B ladies make their return.  Positioned to drop her sophomore album in February (right between Cheri Dennis’ looong-awaited debut on January 29th and Danity Kane‘s sophomore effort in March), Cassie goes the club route for the new buzz single, Turn The Lights Off.  While the production is superior to that of her debut, unfortunately, Cassie’s vocals continue to disappoint.  Hopefully, Ms. Ventura can step her game up, as her album drop creeps closer.  Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to go listen to Portrait.
