Cher Lloyd - Want U Back

Posted 4 years ago
Producer:
Shellback
Album:
None (Promo Single)

Already a star in her native UK, UK Limited/Epic Records songstress Cher London now has her eye on Stateside success. Introduced to American tastemakers at this year’s SXSW festival, the singer kicks her quest for crossover success into high gear with the release of promo single Want U Back and its official visuals. With Shellback‘s bubblegum synth grooves banging in the back, Lloyd struggles to win back a dude who she took for granted till she saw him with his new girl. (So yeah, it’s basically the Jackson 5 song with genders reversed.) Find yourself humming along? Then stay tuned—this single isn’t attached to any larger project, but we’ll keep you supplied with the latest details.
