Capone-n-Noreaga ft. The Clipse - My Hood

Posted 8 years ago
Featuring:
Producer:
Mike "Evorgleb" Belgrove
Album:
Channel 10

As one East Coast hip-hop duo enjoys their reunion by gearing up to release Reporting The War, another has joined the broadcast.  Emphasizing that lifestyles are the same in all ‘hoods, from Queens to Virginia Beach and beyond, The Clipse join Capone-n-Noreaga for solidarity on their new song, My Hood.  While balancing a street edge with creative wordplay has always been the strength for of all four MCs, the primary atmosphere credit on My Hood should go to producer Mike “Evorgleb” Belgrove for deftly creating an instant block-ready beat.  Old-school fans will find plenty to love about My Hood; hopefully more new-school fans can join in when Channel 10 is released this fall
