Consequence ft. Company of Greatness - Superman Lover

Posted 2 years ago
Producer:
Consequence, David Matin
Album:
None (Promo Single)

Consequence isn’t faster than a speeding bullet or more powerful than a locomotive—and you definitely won’t catch him rocking “a cape, tights and a mask.” But put him in front of a microphone, or in the bedroom with a beautiful woman, and he’ll showcase abilities well beyond those of the average man. On newly-released single Superman Lover, the NYC veteran offers listeners a glimpse into his psyche, describing the heroic mindset with which he approaches his daily hustle. In addition to rocking the mic, Cons comes together with David Matin to craft the cut’s instrumental, borrowing the 6/8 groove from Beyoncé‘s Frank Ocean-assisted album inclusion, Superpower. Company of Greatness, a group consisting of Brother Num, Jus Raro, Dave Doo-So and Matin, provides vocal support. This joint isn’t attached to a larger project, but those feeling it can, of course, watch our front page for the latest from the Big Apple mainstay.
