CyHi The Prynce - Favorite Things

The Audibles

Just because CyHi The Prince is a G.O.O.D. Music artist and hip-hop aficionado doesn’t mean he can’t expand horizons once an while. On Favorite Things, the Georgia native shows that he is also a fan of musicals, with a spin on a famous song from The Sound Of Music. Production crew The Audibles diverge from the original with a more mysterious, edgy twist, keeping a hint of the song’s recognizable melody but adding a faster piano riff to set off the vibe of the track.  As CyHi timely spits about his Favorite Things, which include cars and strippers, he and his crew are seen plotting a Santa-inspired robbery. If only the emcee had his debut album waiting around the corner, he wouldn’t have to worry about making ends meat. In the meantime, however, CyHi’s new mixtape, Ivy League: Kick Back, a follow up to July’s The Ivy League Club, is set to drop in late January.
