DaVincci ft. Sam.E & Ivy League - Street Life

Posted about 3 years ago
Producer:
Brandon Toledo [for Miami Beat Wave] and DaVincci
Album:
HiFidelity Funk

Back in May, DaVincci brought us the world premiere of Funkin’ Around, a soulful loosie inspired by the late James Brown. The Panhandle State emcee enjoyed creating the cut so much that it became the inspiration for his next project, the lead single off which has been liberated as another DJBooth exclusive. On Street Life, DaVincci and Miami Beat Wave member Brian Toledo‘s vibrant, retro boardwork sets the mood for a gritty, yet upbeat lyrical tribute to the Magic City. Booth newcomer Ivy League contributes guest bars, and Sam.E ties the record together with a breezy, infectious guest chorus. If Street Life left you craving more, stay tuned; HiFidelity Funk as yet lacks a drop date, but we’ll keep you posted on the set as further details emerge.
