Deniro Farrar - FREE TUNE

Posted 2 years ago
Producer:
The Kickdrums
Album:
The Patriarch 2

You might see the title of Deniro Farrarr’s latest video single, FREE TUNE, and think that it is downloadable for free (which it in fact is) but, actually, this DJBooth premiere is about something you can’t put a price on: family. With his unique, smoky flow, Deniro honors his currently incarcerated brother Tune by spitting some honest bars that are dedicated to him and the environment they both grew up in. Lyrically, this record has some definite street appeal, but Farrar’s honesty and The Kickdrums’ clean production give it a deeper, more personal vibe. As does the visual direction, courtesy of Farrar and Anthony Supreme. FREE TUNE can be found on Deniro’s The Patriarch 2 tape, out now for free.
